Introduction

The SGP2 is a wideband, low insertion loss and robust coaxial surge protector, the surge withstanding
up to +/- 6 kV / 3 kA

It is designed for application in TV, CATV, DOCSIS, MoCA and satellite-IF systems to reduce the risk of surges caused by lightning and power entering the coaxial cable, to protect equipment or personnel.

The SGP2 surge protector is very suitable to connect to TV antennas, CATV entry, to protect indoor set-top boxes, DVRs, cable modems and TV sets.

The SGP2 has two flexible screw mounting holes, one screw mounting hole and one grounding screw hole for easy mounting and ground wire installation for safety.
